Swindon Town made a winning start to life under Ian Holloway as they knocked Colchester United out of the FA Cup.
Town got over their poor performance in this competition over recent seasons as they made it beyond the first hurdle of the world's oldest knockout competition.
Holloway took his first game in charge of Swindon having taken over from Mark Kennedy on Monday and made a positive start in the dugout.
Despite Harry Anderson having given The U's the lead with his clinical finish across Jack Bycroft in the second half, Joel McGregor ensured that the game went to extra time.
In the additional 30 minutes that followed, Swindon completed the turnaround and two minutes after the second half of extra time began, Kabongo Tshimanga slammed home from close range to see Town into the second round.
After the match, The Adver's Joe Acklam discussed the game and how Swindon started life under Holloway, as the new boss breathed fresh life into the team.
He discussed how he looked to change the way that Swindon looked to play with the aggressive three-striker system and greater energy and how this managed to get instantly improved performances out of many players in the squad.
