CHIPPENHAM'S Jordan Smith moved back into sixth place in the DP World Tour rankings following a top-25 finish at the British Masters last week.
Smith bookended his week on the Brabazon course at The Belfry with a pair of 69s while rounds of 72 (Friday) and 74 (Saturday) saw the 29-year-old end the tournament in 21st on four-under par.
A total haul of 38.32 points allowed the Wiltshireman to exchange places with Spain's Adri Arnaus in the ranking table, while Smith took home 23,500 euros from the tournament which was hosted by former Masters winner, Danny Willett.
Elsewhere, Cumberwell Park hope Laurie Canter missed the cut on the nose courtesy of a 74 on Friday.
After posting 71 in his opening round, Canter was in good shape to record another challenge at the top.
However, a disappointing second round meant the 32-year-old dropped seven places to 56th in the DP World Tour rankings.
Meanwhile, Swindon's David Howell shot scores of 83 and 74 as he also missed the cut.
The event was won by Denmark's Thorbjorn Oleson on 10-under thanks in part to a magnificent putt on his 72nd hole.
