I am not pointing the finger at the defence - we are not working hard enough all over the pitch to keep clean sheets.
In the FA Trophy against Heybridge on Saturday we played well and we are into the next round but we are conceding too many goals.
We've scored another three and are banging them in for fun but there is a lot of hard work to be done before we can consider ourselves the finished article.
We need to keep clean sheets and Adie has said we need to work on basic defending, which is something we will have to learn if we have any ambitions of going further in the league and the cups.
There are a lot of positives but also some important things which we have to look at and improve - defending is one of them.
The positives come from our offensive play and I thought Sam Allison did well again.
He has been working hard and, at our level, there is no faster player and I am glad he is taking his chance.
It must have been difficult for him this season because he hasn't played as much as he would have liked.
But nobody's head has dropped because they have been out of the side.
We haven't got any bad apples in the squad and everyone is working towards the good of the team.
I know what it is like being out - it's been a month since I last played because of my heel injury.
I did a bit of running on Saturday, but it was with trainers on and really, until the ground starts to soften, it will be difficult for me.
I'll travel to Rugby Town tomorrow, Adie will make me go, but I'll want to be there anyway.
It is back to the league and back is what to is really important and we have to start making up the games.
