One of the UK's most successful British Touring Car Championship stars, Anthony Reid, will be giving members of the public the ride of a lifetime at the Castle Combe Circuit on Saturday October 27.
Reid, a BTCC Masters Champion and veteran of Le Mans and various other international racing categories, is one of a number of drivers offering their services at the annual Stroke Association Day of the Champions supported by Bristol SEAT.
For a donation of between £30 and £50 the public will be able to ride in a variety of race and rally cars, some of which are regularly in action at the Wiltshire track on race days.
The event has raised considerable sums for the Stroke Association charity over the years with many celebrity drivers featuring at the event in various historic and modern machinery.
The day starts at 9am and carries on till dusk. General admission is £5 for adults and free for children, with free parking too.
