ETCHILHAMPTON racer Tommy Bridewell featured at the Motorsport Celebration event in Thruxton last weekend.
The event, which aimed to celebrate classic cars and bikes from a variety of different eras, featured demonstration laps by various motor racing competitors from the past and present.
One competitor who took to the track for a driving exhibition was Bridewell – the man who is currently in second place in this season’s British Superbike championship.
He used his British Superbike machine – a Ducati V4 penigale.
This coming weekend, Bridewell is off to the Jerez circuit in Spain to compete in the World Superbike Championship round for the Team Goeleven on their Ducati V4 Penigale.
This will be the second time that the 30-year-old will have a wild card ride in World Superbikes – Bridewell raced at an earlier round at Imola in Italy and finished in 12th place.
