Wiltshire League clubs have a chance to take on sides from the higher divisions in the first round of the Wilts Senior Cup.
New College would look to have an attractive draw at home to Hellenic side Cricklade Town who were promoted from the Wilts league a couple of seasons ago.
Match secretary Eric Stott said: "It will be good for the young side to play a team from a step up and hopefully they will give a good account of themselves.
"The College held league leaders Westbury to a draw last weekend and the lads will certainly not be afraid of taking on Cricklade. They are all looking forward to the tie and think they could be in with a shout."
Wroughton visit Wessex league side Amesbury and manager Mark Love said: "It's nice to be the underdogs for a change, they are a league above us so it will give us a chance to see how far we have come. We have won our last two games so will be giving it a good go.
"We will be without striker Lee Curtis and Arron Smith but apart from that we still have a strong looking squad and the lads are looking forward to the tie."
Westside visit Devizes Town and are hopeful of putting up a good display against their higher league opposition.
Manager Mark Simpkins said: "We should have a strong side - Carl Taylor, Dan Scotford, Gavin Allen, Brian Ferris and myself are all back in contention for a place in the side.
"We have got nothing to lose, we will go out to enjoy the game and see what happens."
Marlborough Town visit Wootton Bassett and manager Adam Wainwright is under no illusions that his side faces a tough task.
"I think they can be a pretty formidable outfit so we have to be well organised, nobody will be expecting us to win, but on saying that we have won three of our last four games so we are going into the tie with a bit of decent form behind us.
"We could be without striker Steve Dean who has a 50-50 chance of making it due to a knee injury. We will enjoy the day and you never know in a cup tie."
Blueprint Senior would look to have a tough nut to crack at Trowbridge and Aldbourne likewise at Warminster Town.
Just four fixtures remain in the Wilts Premier Division with Purton Reserves looking to face the most difficult task with a home fixture against the unbeaten Westbury.
In Division One, league leaders Minety defend their unbeaten record away to Blyskawica. The home side defeated Wroughton Reserves 9-0 in their last league fixture and could prove a hard side to turn over.
Stratton Juniors, after sharing eight and six goals in their last two matches are at home to Lower Stratton, who won their first game of the season last week in the Fountain Trophies Junior Cup.
AFC Castrol, surprisingly in the bottom half of the table this season are at home to Stratton NALGO and third-in-the-table Castle Combe are at home to AFC Rodbourne.
