Learner 'fails driving test' after car is seized by police
A learner driver in Wiltshire “failed their driving test” after being stopped by police and having their car seized. Officers from the Roads Policing Unit stopped a Toyota near the Herman Miller Industrial Estate in Chippenham, just off the A4
