The third successive picnic musical to be held at Patney this summer will raise money for Help for Heroes.
Organised by local singer Bruce Hopkins, the musical will take place on June 25 at Andrew Snook’s farm, a bigger venue than previously.
Mr Hopkins, who owns Devizes Fine Kitchens, said: “Last year’s event attracted over 250 people and this year we are hoping for even more.”
He said further details would be announced in April.
Mr Hopkins, his singing partner Helen Derbyshire of Devizes, and teenage twins Christie and Gina Strong of Burbage will, again, be the performers.
Last year’s musical raised nearly £2,000 for Help for Heroes while the first picnic collected money for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Appeal.
Another musical event to raise money for the appeal will be held by Swindon Male Voice Choir.
Guests REME Military Band and 15-year-old soloist Alice More will be performing at the concert on Saturday April 9 at the Stratton Community Leisure Centre, Grange Drive, Swindon.
The concert starts at 7.30pm and doors open at 7pm.
Tickets are £10 each from Stratton Community Leisure Centre, Grange Drive, (01793) 825525 or from Swindon Male Voice Choir on (01793) 822495. For further information, contact Gareth Jenkins on (01793) 763050 or Gordon Smith on 07793 406434.
