Music lovers will be flocking to Pewsey on Saturday for the fourth Pewsey Music Festival, in Cooper’s Field, from midday to midnight.
Organiser Liz Boden said: “We’ve got some really fantastic bands this year – a diverse array to appeal to everyone, from rock to jazz, and funk to folk.”
The line-up is The Funkinsteins, Jon Amor + band, Oldwick, The Loose Kites, Mr Love and Justice, The Rabbit Foot Spasm Band and The Hazlitts.
For the second year there will be an open mic contest, which this year has been organised by Pewsey’s Shak Studio. Eight acts will feature in the open mic marquee and the winner or winners get a slot on the main stage in the evening.
The ice rink will be back, along with an archery contest and Mad Pete will be on site with his magic shows and balloon animals. Tickets are £7, children under 12 free. More at www.pewseymusicfestival.com
