Motocross riders who took part in a practice day on July 4 have raised £2,000 for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Appeal.
Nearly 100 riders took part in the day, organised by Devizes Motocross Club.
The land was supplied free of charge by Simon Nicholls at Whites Farm, Grittenham, near Wootton Bassett.
The money came from entry fees and a raffle.
Secretary Jason Read said: “We have seen the Wiltshire Air Ambulance at several motocross events this year, including at West Kennet where our member Jack Davies was airlifted.”
Jack, 19, of Devizes, suffered serious head injuries in an accident while taking part in an event at West Kennet on March 7.
He was flown to hospital by the Wiltshire Air Ambulance and is now having treatment at Glenside rehabilitation unit in Salisbury.
Last month friends of Mr Davies, who works for the crane division of TH White in Nursteed Road, Devizes, raised money at a football match in Urchfont for Glenside.
