Children gave a resounding farewell last week to Wansdyke Primary School.
The top two years at the school took part in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The principal roles were taken by children leaving to go on to secondary school.
They performed several times over two days to full houses of parents, relatives and friends and delighted their audiences.
Becky Wilson, head of Key Stage 2 and show director, said: “They all did brilliantly. It was huge fun and I think they all enjoyed it immensely.”
She thanked colleague Sheila James and voice coach Lee Ingram.
