Students from St Dunstan’s Primary School in Calne have raised £735 selling cakes in aid of Help for Heroes.
Selling began in November after the school council chose the services charity from a shortlist they had drawn up.
Deputy head Mrs Helen Warrick of St Dunstan’s said: “We do have service families in the school but the decision is ultimately down to all of the students.”
The figure raised included money made from harvest festival.
