Wiltshire Council is planning a second flood fair as it draws up a strategy to tackle the problem.
It will bring together parish and town councils and partner organisations to consider the best way to solve flooding and to find out how other local authorities are dealing with the issue.
The first flood fair was held in Chippenham in April.
Cabinet member Dick Tongue said: “This is the first time we have worked with local councils to map flooding hot spots across the county and the quality of the information and detail collected so far has been remarkable.”
