ANTOINE van der Linden believes Town's fans could teach their Dutch counterparts a thing or two.
The former Sparta Rotterdam defender has been overwhelmed by the support Town have received in their opening three games.
We haven't been playing too well but they keep cheering throughout the game which is superb, said van der Linden.
They are just as noisy as the fans back home but in Holland they get on your back early in the game if things aren't going your way.
We need the fans to keep on getting behind us and be like our 12th man.
Van der Linden started his first full game in midweek and admits it will take time to adjust to the pace of English football.
He said: I'm a defender who likes to have the ball at my feet, but I have to get used to English football because you don't get as much time as you do in Holland.
Over here as soon as you get the ball the striker is looking to close you down. I had a couple of sloppy moments against Exeter and I shall do my best to make sure it doesn't happen again.
