BARGAIN hunters can take their pick of other people's unwanted goods at Calne's second clearout day this month.
Residents are being encouraged to take along redundant furniture, household goods and anything they no longer need to one of three collection points on October 22, where they might also pick up something that takes their fancy.
The collection points will be at John Bentley and Guthrie Schools and the town hall. They will be open to the public from 10am to 3pm, after which charities can take their pick of what's left.
Electrical goods are discouraged but if anyone has any in good working order or bulky items they cannot transport, they should contact town centre manager Mitch Roberts on (01249) 814000.
