A HAIRDRESSING team from Swindon has been making its mark all over the world.
As well as jetting around Europe, stylists from Goldsworthy's Hairdressing in Catherine Street have had photographs of their work published this week in America, Australia, Peru and many more counties.
Hairdresser Steven Goldsworthy said: "We are very proud to be from Swindon. I was born here and there are so many people who knock the town and ask me why don't I move to London, but I love the way Swindon is coming on and I wouldn't leave."
Two weeks ago five senior staff were in Berlin for the World Championships and Hair 2000, where Steven Goldsworthy hairstyles were displayed on 40ft banners.
Videos showing 20 looks created by Steven will be used by Schwarzkopf Salons worldwide.
Today, he and his colleagues Julian Clarke and Jessica Hebden are going to Italy to give seminars to 80 hairdressers about cutting and colouring hair.
And Steven has also qualified again for the final of the British Hairdresser of the Year Wales and South West. The final will be held next month, when he hopes to clinch his third win.
