TOWN fans in the Arkell's Stand could be watching their team from seats used at Wembley.
The club has picked up 500 for around £2 each as the home of English football sells off fixtures and fittings before being demolished and rebuilt.
Some seats in the Arkell's Stand have not been replaced for years and many were broken during the recent derby clash with Oxford.
With games against Bristol Rovers and Millwall just around the corner, Town chief executive Pete Rowe said the club needed to act fast.
"We sent stadium manager Ron Topp along to Wembley to see what was on offer and he came back with a long list of things that we could use at the County Ground," said Mr Rowe.
"It is great to have the seats but we will not be telling fans where they are in case people try to steal them as souvenirs."
Seats for the Evening Advertiser Town End will cost £10 for the clash with Bristol Rovers.
Supporters who have used the offer in previous matches are on a database and can buy tickets up until Friday afternoon.
