CONGRATULATIONS to the borough council on their vision for Swindon for the next 30 years.
It all looks very exciting and not before time to update the library, have a university, to have a new combined rail, tram and bus station among others.
It was then I realised it was not a vision but just a dream, I noticed the new tram had the Stagecoach livery.
Surely the people of Swindon do not have to put up with the unreliable service this company provides for the next 30 years.
I know the people of Wroughton are sick and tired of trying to guess when the supposed 15 minute service might come along.
Twenty minutes, 30 minutes even an hour goes by before a bus might be sighted. Missed appointments, late for work, the list of agonies put up with is endless. How much longer can it go on? Surely when the trams do run it will not be from the Stagecoach depot. They certainly do not deserve it.
