Swansea City 0, Swindon Town 0: Colin Todd faces his first real selection poser of the season after Sol Davis and Bobby Howe each picked up suspensions last night (Tuesday, October 17).
The Town boss is already preparing for life without midfielder Matt Hewlett and must now accept that he will miss the influential Davis and Howe.
Hewlett will be out for six to eight weeks after having an operation on a damaged cruciate ligament.
Davis and Howe, both booked in last night's 0-0 draw with Swansea, are available for Saturday's match with Bristol Rovers, but their suspensions are bound to put a strain on Todd's first team squad.
"The biggest problem I have now is that I have got Sol Davis out suspended and probably Bobby Howe as well after picking up five bookings," he said.
"I think we will miss Sol. He is the best tackler at the football club. He is a good defender and has become a lot more patient. With Matty out as well we will have to see what the situation is about bringing in some new players."
