Rapper David Graham brought an anti-drugs message to Warneford Secondary School in Highworth.
Children in the school's Year Seven enjoyed a break from their lessons for the concert in the school hall.
The event, which is part of the national Say No and Phone (SNAP) campaign, was organised by Wiltshire Crimestoppers. It will tour other schools across the county for the rest of the week.
The singer, 23, used his vocal skills to spread the message: "You don't need drugs to get high".
His show also included competitions and he spoke to the 180-strong audience about his experiences with drugs and the dangers they can cause.
Wiltshire Crimestoppers deputy co-ordinator Derek Ford said the concert was part of a national anti drugs project aimed at 12 to 14-year-olds.
Pupil Rachael Gillespie, 13, from Highworth won one of the competitions by creating the catchphrase: "Don't take drugs, it becomes an addiction. Listen to this, it's fact not fiction."
She said: "The concert has taught me that drug abuse is a bad thing, and I intend to stay away from it. It was good fun much better than the PE lesson I should have gone to."
