Lydia Morse was all smiles recently after receiving first prize in an Evening Advertiser competition.
She won hi-fi equipment worth more than £650.
Lydia, 22, of Gorse Hill, won her prize by correctly stating the location of the new Richer Sounds electrical shop which is in Manchester Road.
"I really wasn't expecting to win," she said. "But I'm getting married next year so this is a great early wedding present."
Lydia's prize consisted of various hi-fi separates, including a Cambridge audio D500 CD player and two ELTAX symphony 6.2 speakers. She was also given a 500 amp Cambridge audio player.
Richer sounds store spokesman Kieran Trinder said that Lydia was now the owner of some excellent quality stereo equipment which was all the better because it was free.
