A big breakfast at Swindon's Brook Field School aims to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.

Breakfast for Breakthrough is a national event and a big breakfast is being staged as part of the fundraising effort.

Guests, including South Swindon MP Julia Drown and Swindon mayor Arthur Archer, will enjoy a hearty breakfast at the school in Cartwright Drive, Shaw, between 7am and 10am tomorrow.

The ingredients which will make up the big breakfast have been donated by Sandridge Farm of Devizes, Purton House Organics and Doves Farm Foods of Hungerford.

The cost of the breakfast is a donation of £5 and all the money raised will go towards funding research into breast cancer.

Anyone who would like to take part can ring Eunice Salmon on Swindon 871606.
