Welcome to the story of two lonely eccentrics agoraphobic John and clueless Janet who spend their lives cocooned in their bed-sit.
The Ballad of Janet and John is presented by Bristol-based company Gonzo Moose on Friday and Saturday, October 28 and 29, at the Rondo Theatre in Larkhall, Bath.
The couple's only link to the outside is a faulty radio, which causes their overactive imaginations to transport them into fantasy worlds.
Join them for three sketches, full of slapstick, stage fighting and Jammie Dodgers, linked together by domestic scenes which explore the changing relationship between the two protagonists as Janet gains the upper hand over the increasingly desperate John.
Tickets for the performance, which starts at 8pm, are £6. Box office: (01225) 448844.
