FOUR soldiers and a teenager, all charged with murder, have been remanded to appear before Bristol Crown Court in April 2001.
Thomas Myers, Marc Hunter, Wayne King and David White, all serving soldiers with the Green Howards based at Warminster, and an 18-year-old, are charged with the murder of 34-year-old Glyn Agard, from Reading.
Mr Agard, a railway worker, was attacked as he left Reflections nightclub in Westbury in July.
Myers, King and the 18-year-old have also been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Mr Agard's brother Stephen and close friend Gary Belgrave. The four soldiers have been charged with violent disorder.
