Under 15s League Cup: RICKY Hulbert's superb solo effort put home side Trowbridge Town Youth ahead in their game against Salisbury City.
Lee Anteney made it 2-0 with a shot from the spot and Luke Turvey completed the scoring with three minutes left.
Bath Arsenal booked their place in the first round with a 5-1 home win against Pewsey Vale. Dave Manners (2), Josh Gordon, Liam Gover and Mark Wroe scored for Bath.
League leaders Shaw and Whitley were away against second place Amesbury Juniors in the preliminary round and came away 6-1 victors and now face Bath Arsenal in the first round. Dave Carter scored for Amesbury.
Ori Francis put home side Warminster Highbury into the lead in their game against Trowbridge FC. Ten minutes before the break the game was back level with a Shane Flexon equaliser.
Highbury regained the lead when Matthew Gray got between two markers and scored from 15 yards.
Highbury sealed their victory with seven minutes left when Gray scored his second after rounding a defender and stroking the ball home with a left foot shot.
Devizes Town Youth go through to the next round following their 4-0 home win against Broughton Gifford, with all four goals scored by David Nash.
Under 14s League Cup
FOLLOWING a very exciting but nailbiting 70 minutes, the full time score between home side Trowbridge Town Youth and South Newton and Wishford stood at 4-4, sending the tie into extra-time under the new league ruling that all cup games must be decided on the day.
Jason Morgan (3) and Damian Creese scored for South Newton, with Chris Gittings (2), Michael Butlin and an own goal replying for Trowbridge. After extra-time the stalemate prevailed and the boys lined up to settle the tie on penalties. South Newton's nerves held out and finally won the game at 8-6.
The game between home side Shaw and Whitley and Corsham Boys was very close for long periods of time, but Shaw had the edge on Corsham turning opportunities taken into goals and running out 8-3 victors at the final whistle. Gary Higdon (3), Luke Simpson (4) and Tim Eatough scored for Shaw.
David Oliver scored a hat-trick for Trowbridge Wanderers in their 4-2 away win against Devizes Town Youth, with Matthew Higgins also scoring. Robert Mitchell and Daniel Kingsbury scored for Devizes.
Under 14s Blue Division
STRATTON Juniors started the day level on points against home side FC Chippenham, but following a display of very good football the home side moved three points clear at the top with a 3-2 victory.
Westbury Youth's bad run continued with a 2-3 defeat at FC.
Under 14s Red Division
AMESBURY Juniors took the lead ten minutes into their home game against Frome Collegians when Chris O'Connor picked up the ball in his own half to run on and score.
Mid way through the second half at 3-1 Amesbury's confidence grew and they took control of the game to finish 7-1 winners. Amesbury's goals from Danny Short (2), Stuart Atkins, Simon Murray, Will Chalk and a second for O'Connor.
Home side Pewsey Vale and Melksham Park both gave very good battling performances in a very fast game and shared the points in a 1-1 final score line. Tony Hurkett scored for Pewsey.
Under 15s Blue Division
WARMINSTER Dynamos were trailing 3-1 at half-time against home side Lavington Boys but upped the pace bringing the score to 5-5 mid-way through the second half then skipped away with the game to finish 8-6 victors, moving them up to third in the table.
Robbie Ivermee (5) and Oliver Perryman scored for Lavington.
Under 15s Red Division
BEN Snowdon scored his first league goal for Calne Colts, but the best chances in the game fell for visitors Trowbridge Town Youth 2nds.
Trowbridge turned their 5-0 half time lead into an 8-1 victory at the final whistle, with goals from J Nodwell, A Hat, D Appleyard (2), G Rowley and a hat-trick for S Bakali.
Under 17s Blue Division
BATH City's James Gray headed his side into the lead after 15 minutes in their home game against Salisbury City and Jake Westcott made it 2-0 shortly before half-time.
The second half started very even, with Salisbury having their best spell. Jack O'Brien made it 3-0 midway through the half and substitute Adam Tovey tapped home to make the final score 4-0.
Under 17s Red Division
LEADERS Marlborough Town's good form continued in their home game against Lavington Boys.
Lee Bicknell put the home side ahead, but Lavington were soon back level through Peter Huntley.
Robbie Stroud regained the lead for Marlborough, with Brad Milden making it 3-1 from the penalty spot just before the break. Lavington held the home side until the 75th minute when Bicknell scored his second.
