YOUTH FOOTBALL: WESTBURY Youth scored seven goals without reply against Chippenham Town B in their preliminary round in the under 10s cup in the Wiltshire Times and News Mid-Wilts Youth and Minor League.
Nick Bradley and Josh Maxwell both scored twice and other goals came from Steve Smart, Ben Roberts and Jamie Howse.
Bradford on Avon A went one goal better against a plucky Corsham Boys side, with both Chris Caduggan and Jed Osborne getting hat-tricks. A brace from Chris Tomkiss completed the scoring.
White Horse Juniors enjoyed a comfortable 7-0 win over Bradford on Avon C in the preliminary round of the under 10s cup in the Wiltshire Times and News Mid-Wilts Youth and Minor League.
The score would have been even higher had it not been for the heroics of home goalkeeper Tom Simms.
Craig Berry led the way with a hat-trick, followed by singles from Grant Pitcher, Thomas Taylor, Alex Newsome and Niall Smith
The Bradford B side fared better, thanks to a last minute winner from Tom Chapman against Castle Combe Colts B.
Trowbridge Town hit double figures against Melksham Park C, with goals from Craig Birchall (4), Marcus Lewis (2), Nick Gittins (2), Danny Tabot and Jake Self.
Shaw and Whitley A finally overcame Castle Combe B when Dean Moore scored the only goal of the game.
Corsham United beat Melksham Park B 8-1, with goals from Greg Chann (4), Tom Lye (3) and Daniel Copeland.
Devizes Town beat Frome Collegians 2-0 and a golden goal saw Warminster Highbury win at Shaw and Whitley B.
Under 11s
BRADFORD on Avon scored all three goals in their narrow 2-1 home victory against Shaw and Whitley B.
The unfortunate Mark Maguire gave the visitors the lead with an own goal, before Ben Rooney and Lewis Mellam scored in the right goal to gain the victory.
A high scoring game evolved at Warminster Highbury, where a hat-trick from Jay Pinnell for the hosts was not enough as the visiting Melksham Park side finally ran out 7-6 winners.
In the league Trowbridge Wanderers overwhelmed Melksham Park B 15-0, with goals from Ashley Merchant (3), Matthew Jones (2), Danny Amoruso (2), Matthew Fox, Nathan Ball, Tom Paawley, Ashley Phillips, James Davies, Craig Shepherd, Michael Towler and an own goal.
Trowbridge Town, aided by an own goal, added four more from Tom Parr, Matthew Francis and two from Scott Cunningham-Phillips to earn a 5-0 win against Corsham Boys.
Frome Collegians scored 11 against a gallant Trowbridge FC, with James Hounsell (5), Ryan Child (3), Matthew Higgions, David Vowles and Karl Freeman getting the goals and Toby Stevens replying.
Shaw and Whitley were easy 13-1 winners away to Crescent Park Rangers, thanks to goals from Peter Tye (6), Mike Smith, Ian Jeffers, Andy Flynn (2) and William Hibberd (3). Sam Champion scored the home side's consolation goal.
Under 12s
WARMINSTER Highbury and Westbury Youth went all the way in their match, with the scores level at 1-1 at full time and 2-2 after extra time.
Daniel Croker, for the hosts, and Matty Sharpe, for the visitors, scored the goals before Westbury finally won through 4-2 on penalties.
Sam Kyd (3), Jason Poveyu and single strike from Paul Herring was scant reward for White Horse Juniors in their match with Stratton Juniors, who replied with 22 of their own.
Trowbridge Wanderers played Trowbridge FC in a rearranged fixture and ran out 13-0 winners.
Danny Hurkett and Nick Holton both scored hat-tricks with the other goals coming from doubles by Kieran Baggs, Jason Edmonds and Craig Ashworth with Nick Addy completing the scoring.
Under 13s
TROWBRIDGE Town entertained the previously unbeaten Durrington Rangers in the cup and recorded a 3-2 win, with goals from Matthew Bonser, Jamie Young and Piyaphong Khackphong. Nick Eastham and Robin Gorham scored for the visitors.
Croft Juniors won 15-0 at Hilperton United, with Danny Hiscocks (5), Lewis Cunningham (3), Mark King (3), Ben Cole, Simon Rumbold, Luke Jones and an own goal making up the total.
Trowbridge Wanderers got the better of Marlborough Town in a six goal thriller. Ashley Benison (2), Adam Shackle and Daniel Crease scored for the home side, with Ben Cramge getting both for the visitors.
In the league match at Calne there were goals galore as the hosts eventually got the better of Devizes Town in a 15 goal thriller.
Marcus Neal (3), Robert Keltey (2), Ashley Moore (2) and Darren Holcombe (2) scored for the home side, with Mark White, Ashley Johnson and Philip Hardy all scoring twice in reply.
Melksham Park saw off the challenge of FC Chippenham with goals from Simon Ellinger, Sean Jenkins, Graham Griffiths and a brace from Danny Rimmer. Dan Smith and Kane Kayppinen replied.
