STAFF at InnSpired learned on Monday that the company is moving its headquarters early next year, but is staying in Trowbridge.
The group, which was formerly Ushers of Trowbridge, will move its HQ from Fore Street to edge-of-town offices in Wiltshire Drive, next to West Wiltshire District Council's offices.
It will be spending £200,000 refurbishing the new premises, and a further £250,000 on new technology.
Chief executive Peter Brook said the move was a clear indication of the company's intention to grow.
The new offices are larger than the existing ones, and have been rented on a 10-year lease.
Mr Brook said: "Our first priority in deciding on our new location has been our staff. We want to move to offices where most people feel they want to work, and that is Trowbridge.
"We are aware that there has been uncertainty amongst staff about where we might move to as the brewery was closing, but we want everyone both inside and outside the company to see the new offices as a clear signal that InnSpired is confident about the future and committed to staying in Trowbridge."
