MALMESBURY Round Table is urgently looking for volunteers to help at the town's bonfire night at St Aldhelm's Mead next Saturday.
Chairman Clive Whitehouse said: "Our Round Table numbers are very limited and we desperately need volunteers to help with co-ordinating activities during the day and the evening."
Last year, Round Table gave more than £5,500 to various organisations, including Malmesbury Hospital, Malmesbury Scouts, the town's Air Training Corps and a number of primary schools and playgroups.
The bonfire will be lit at 7pm, followed by fireworks at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from Sports and Leisure in the High Street, and Christopher Blount Estate Agents.
Anyone who can help should contact Mr Whitehouse on (01666) 823381 or Keith Maslin on (01666) 826238.
