A MAN who was found drunk and disorderly twice in less than two weeks, also breached a probation order when he failed to keep an appointment with probation officers, a court heard.
Khalid Chergui, of Longfield Road, Trowbridge, had already been charged with being drunk and disorderly in Stallard Street, Trowbridge on September 16.
North West Wiltshire magistrates in Trowbridge heard that police found Chergui in Lowbourne, Melksham, on September 24, in a drunken state.
He admitted both offences at the court on Thursday.
He has been bailed to appear at Chippenham magistrates on November 9 when an all-options report will be made before sentencing.
He was given conditional bail, to live at his address and to observe a curfew between 10pm and 6am.
