THE DIVERSITY of the Bath community was celebrated during an evening of food, music and fun.
More than 200 people representing more than 20 of the city's ethnic and cultural groups got together last weekend.
The Guildhall hosted the 10th Bath International Evening on Saturday, October 28.
There was sampling of foods prepared by cooks from around the world, international music and a parade of national costumes.
This year's theme was taken from the United Nations idea of The Culture of Peace and a donation was made to the local UN Association.
The evening was organised by the Barbados and Friends Association, Bath Asian Council, Bath Baha'i Community, Christian Aid, the YMCA, Oxfam and CWS Ltd, and financially supported by CWS with help in kind from the YMCA.
