A PUB plagued by a string of problems including ghostly hauntings and fires has reopened for business.
Regulars have blamed ghosts for the string of bad luck which has hit The Kings Arms at Monkton Farleigh and has included a kitchen fire and gas explosion within days of each other.
Landlord Nils Hughes said things were now back to normal and speculation about the pub's ghosts had helped draw in business.
He said: "We are up and running again and are surviving just. There has been a lot of interest.
"We are now going to put in a live web-cam into the restaurant so anyone can sit up all night and watch in the hope of seeing a ghost."
The pub's website includes details of the various ghosts which reportedly haunt the 11th-century building.
These include a disgruntled miner, a mysterious bird and a woman who died when her coach crashed into a wall.
