SARAH O'Connor has taken extreme measures to wrap up warm this winter.
The 12-year-old, of Covingham, has added 55 new items to her wardrobe in rather unusual fashion.
There was no need for staff at Regent Street-based H&M to bag any of Sarah's clothes, she decided to wear them all at once.
The youngster was the winner of the store's Clothes Dash event. She was invited along after closing to see just how many items she could pile on in 90 seconds.
She managed to acquire items ranging from handbags to jumpers.
This amounted to £264.67 worth of clothes.
Sarah said: "I was really pleased with what I managed to get. I am going to a disco so I think I'll be wearing my new tiger top and some flarey trousers."
"I go into town every Saturday, I really love shopping."
Fashion-conscious Sarah made sure she acquired items which would be suitable for both winter and summer wear.
Family and friends gathered at the store to cheer Sarah on.
Far from being worried about being out of pocket, the store made every effort to ensure Sarah grabbed as many items as possible.
Staff had highlighted the sections of the store which were most akin to Sarah's age range. They also acted as her personal assistants, helping her to 'dress' as quickly as possible.
Sarah Watson, store manager, said the clothes dash had been tremendous fun for all concerned.
"I think we were all amazed that Sarah managed to get so many items in such a short time.
"It might only have taken her 90 seconds to put everything on but it was 10 to 15 minutes before everything was removed and bagged up," she said.
The store manager said she was delighted Sarah had managed such an impressive feat.
"She seemed to really enjoy the experience and said she was happy with what she collected," said Ms Watson.
She joked: "She should be ok for clothes for a while, although we hope she comes back to see us again as a customer."
