An amazing come back by Ferndale Rodbourne under 12's saw them turn around a 4-0 deficit to earn a draw against Mitel Youth 4-4 .
A controversial penalty decision awarded to Ferndale late in to injury time saw the points shared. Mitel's goals came from Stevens (2), Payne and Ponting. In the remaining under 12's games Wootton Bassett moved to the top of the table with a 5-0 win over Stratton Cirencester. Bassett's goals were scored by Whaymand, Large, Cochrane, Lawro and Yates. Liden easily overcame Marlborough 8-0 with a hat-trick from Bridgeman, two from Clark and one from McKinlay.
In the under 11's Eastville beat Liden game 5-4. Both sides treated their respective spectators by playing attractive attacking football . Eastville's goals game from Mobey (3), Houston and Tyke. Liden replied through Keene (2) and Barlow (2).
Highworth saw off the challenge from Shrivenham and Watchfield 9-0 with goals from White (3), Johnson (3), Sears, Schovelar and one own goal. In the remaining under 11A game Greenmeadow continued their current fine form with an impressive 5-2 win over Old Town. Greenmeadow's goals coming from Jeffries (2), Gilder, Richards and Boza. Old Town's scorers were Lagart and Hobbis.
In the under 11B league Ramsbury secured their first points of the season with a 5-2 win over Shaw. Ramsbury's goals came from Ford (3), Phillips and an own goal.
Wroughton put 17 goals past a spirited Blunsdon side. May hit six of the goals with the others coming from Ponder (3), Hiscock (2), Moore(2), Galaway , Shaw and an own goal.
In the under 13's league Shaw are starting to look like champions elect following a 15-0 win against Shrivenham & Watchfield. Their scorers were Clark (4), Hall (3), Meecham (4), Rivers (3) and Campbell.
Dunbar Westside lost their first game of the season 6-4 against Wootton Bassett in a super game of entertaining football. Westside goals came from Probet (2) and Webb (2).
In the under 14's it was business as usual for Eastville with a 5-0 win over Dunbar Westside. Eastville's strikers on target were Stonehouse (2), Bennett (2) and Rowe.
In the only other game in the under 14's league a very entertaining game saw Croft beat Haydon Wick away from home 9-3.
Croft's goalgetters were Rogers (2), Beck (2), T. Yau, Poole, Smith and Treasure. Haydon Wick replied through Thompson, Wright and Green.
