A talented young sportswoman from Bath has made her mark in semi-professional hockey, scoring a place in the Under- 16 West of England squad.
Fourteen-year-old Harriet Moore recently represented the team in a national tournament held at Milton Keynes National Sports Stadium.
She said: "It was good, the Midlands won and we came fourth out of five teams, all the selectors said we were just as good as the others but it was down to the luck of the goals."
Teams from the Midlands, the East, South and North of England played in the tournament held at the end of October.
Harriet beat other youngsters to gain her team place this year, and is confident that she can impress selectors next year.
She said: "I am quite confident. It's down to next year's trials but I got in at 13 this time and most of the players were 15 or 16."
The Bath schoolgirl has played hockey from the age of eight and looks set to continue for many years.
Harriet said: "I like team games. Hockey can be a bit rough but I don't mind that, it's part of the game. It's fun."
