I WAS very pleased that Potterne School's win of £100 of computer vouchers was reported in the Gazette.
The winning photograph was taken by Richard Pearce, a member of the village Millennium Committee at the Millennium Midsummer Celebration, where the prizes for the children's races were given out by James Harrison of BBC Wiltshire Sound Radio.
The photograph was entered by the Millennium Committee, in the national McCain competition, in support of our village school and we are delighted that they have been awarded the vouchers.
