STAFF at the Sherston-based mustard and condiments firm Tracklements Ltd were delighted last month when the company was selected as an exhibitor at the prestigious Fortnum and Mason Food Show.
Tracklements was one of only 25 companies from across the west to be invited to display its wares in the famous Fortnum and Mason food hall in London.
The international show was aimed at countering today's fast-food, microwave culture and promoted foods which took time to prepare and eat.
Tracklements managing director, John Wilkins, said: "It was a very good show and the food hall is magnificent. It was quite an honour to be there."
He said the firm's fruit chutney, served on English ham, had proved the most popular line with visitors to the show.
More than 4,000 people a day visited the show.
Mr Wilkins said the word tracklement was an old Lincolnshire word for meat accompaniments.
