Children from a Stratton primary school showed off their artistic skills at an exhibition yesterday.
Ruskin Junior School held an exhibition of work by youngsters all based on one painting called Graham Children, by William Hogarth.
Collages, quilts, sculptures and paintings were just some of the things the pupils came up with using the painting as their inspiration.
The project was part of a scheme run by London's National Gallery.
All 385 children at the school, aged from seven to 11-years-old, took part in the project over a two week period.
Teacher Sarah Prevost said: "They produced some excellent work. They really got into the subject and they put an awful lot of work into it.
"I'm proud of them."
