Actor and television presenter Tony Robinson was in Salisbury last week in his role as a politician.
Best known for his role as Baldrick in the Blackadder TV series and as presenter of Channel 4's archaeology programme Time Team, Tony is a staunch Labour supporter and member of the party's National Executive Committee.
His visit to Salisbury was part of Labour's 'Building for a Second Term' campaign, in which leading personalities are carrying out a pre-election tour of the country.
Tony rallied south Wiltshire party members at a meeting in the Guildhall, where he was welcomed by chairman of Salisbury constituency Labour party Clive Vincent and district council chairman Beryl Jay.
