In August this year my daughter was allotted bus tokens, and I thought great, she will be able to go to the seaside for the day by train a few times in the summer.
But now it looks like she will be going nowhere. It was only this year that I happened to find out that with her disability she was entitled to tokens (probably could have had them long ago if only I'd known).
There are many people old and young that use their tokens to go to the sea, other towns or to visit relations and it's so, so, unfair that they will no longer be able to.
It's not right disabled and elderly can't have a day trip out in the summer. It does them the world of good.
Please listen to what the people want and don't be so uncaring.
