A Swindon student who wants to be Prime Minister has made his first visit to the House of Commons.
But unfortunately Luke Graham, a committed Liberal Democrat Youth member, missed a chance to see Tony Blair put under fire from Tory leader William Hague, someone else who took up politics in his teens.
"I couldn't get a ticket to be in the gallery,'' he said.
Luke was the guest of Dr Evan Harris, who is MP for Oxford West and Abingdon, and Lib Dem shadow minister for Higher Education, a subject Luke has a special interest in.
Luke said:"I hope to go to university in a few years time and am concerned about the cost of tuition fees.
"My older brother has just completed university, and I know how expensive the fees were for my parents. Youth and Student Lib Dems is campaigning for the Government to abolish tuition fees in England as they have done in Scotland.
"I wrote to Dr Harris at the House of Commons and told him of my interest in politics. He wrote back and invited me to shadow him for the day, to see how MPs carry out their work."
The 15-year-old was shown round both Houses and also sat in on a discussion about education in the MPs' new building.
Luke, who lives in Liden and is a student at Dorcan School, became interested in politics earlier this year when he helped a friend's father in a local election campaign.
