Steve Shaw hit the winner in the 80th minute, and 17-year-old goalkeeper Lee Jefferies saved a penalty to wrap up the points for Globe. Wheatsheaf LS beat AFC Wroughton 5-4 in a nine goal mudbath. A pair for Des Mills and single strikes from Robbie Etherington, Arron Gleed and Dave Hayes to secure a win for The Wheatsheaf.
Division Three
Highworth Plough defeated Jesters 4-0 Chris Ayres claimed a hattrick and Steve Reeves added number four for Highworth Plough.
Division Five
Wroughton Nalgo beat T H White in an 11 goal thriller winning 6-5. Rob Stannings grabbed a treble. Martin Smedley notched a brace and Steve Brierly converted a penalty to wrap up the points.
Division Six
Table toppers County Ground Hotel beat Ambulance Athletic 6-1. Double strikes for Gareth Davis, Micky Moore, and Pat Slattery for CGH. Queensfield jump into second place after beating ISSC 4-2. A pair for Robin Crees, Neil Paine and Neil Robinson for Queensfield , Steve Bradley and Mick Malloy were on target for Issc.
