Pupils from three Swindon primary schools are to receive exclusive framed reproductions of paintings by famous artists.
The pictures, by David Hockney, Thomas Gainsbor-ough, Howard Hodgkin and Jan Van Eyck, will soon be hanging in the Swindon schools.
The pictures are being given to the schools as part of Sainsbury's Pictures for Schools scheme, which is hoping to bring paintings to more than 8,000 schools by the end of this year.
King William Street Primary School, Drove Primary and Robert Le King Primary will all benefit from the scheme, with a set of the four paintings being presented to pupils from each of the schools on Friday.
The pictures will be presented by Richard Hopkins, the manager of Sainsbury's Swindon town centre store.
The pictures which have been reproduced for the schools have been chosen by Nicholas Serota, the director of London's Tate Gallery.
They will be presented to children from the three Swindon schools on Friday at 11am at the Brunel Plaza in the Brunel Centre.
