AN eighteen-year-old student has lost his licence for a year after pleading guilty to driving while over the breath-alcohol limit.
Christopher Hussey, of High Street, Easterton, was banned for a year and fined £80 when he appeared before Kennet magistrates in Devizes on Monday November 27.
The court heard his F-reg Ford Fiesta was stopped by police at Littleton Panell on the A360 on November 19. He failed a roadside breath test and another test at Chippenham police station.
He refused the option of a blood test, offered when the breath reading is close to the legal maximum of 35.
