A man was assaulted and mugged by two men as he walked through a Swindon park.
The 23-year-old was attacked at the York Road gate to Queens Park at 3am yesterday morning.
The robbers stole a red ruck-sack containing clothing, a blue sleeping bag and other personal items.
The victim was not seriously injured and was able to give a full description of the men.
One was white, middle-aged, about 6ft tall, thin, with short untidy grey hair and a rough beard.
He was wearing a padded jacket and lumberjack shirt.
The other man was white, in his late 20s, about 5ft 9in tall, stocky, with a black beard of stubble length and very short hair.
He also had a dot below his right eye. He was wearing a dark bomber jacket.
One of the men had a Welsh accent and the other spoke with a northern accent.
