SOMEONE in Wiltshire has become the county's first £1m Premium Bond jackpot winner.
The winning number, 13FL 795215, has scooped December's top prize to make its owner the 81st Premium Bond millionaire.
The jackpot was won with a bond of £1,000 bought in July 1990.
