Martin Williams joined Gary Alexander up front and David Duke dropped back to the bench.
Danny Invincible played on the right of midfield, occasionally swapping with Williams, while Keith O'Halloran was deployed on the left.
Antoine Van Der Linden made his first start in three weeks, coming in for the unavailable Richard Dryden in central defence.
