ST MARTINS Property Group is developing two new office buildings, totalling 90,000 sq ft net, at Windmill Hill Business Park in Swindon.
Pegasus and Stella, with a total of 322 car parking spaces, will be ready for occupation from October 2002.
The two three-storey buildings are both fully air conditioned. Pegasus offers a total of 50,000 sq ft net of space while Stella will be 40,000 sq ft net.
Designed by Michael Aukett Architects, the buildings are the first phase of St Martins' planned group of four pavilion offices totalling 208,000 sq ft net, occupying a prime site close the the main entrance at Windmill Hill.
St Martins has detailed planning consent for this development (Phase 7) and for a further 95,000 sq ft net of offices on a separate area of the park (known as Phase 9).
Lindsey Robinson, head of development at St Martins, said: "Windmill Hill is in the heart of a thriving local economy, supported by Swindon Borough Council which continues to promote inward investment through the release of land for major residential growth.
"We occupy a key location at Junction 16 of the M4 and are able to offer high quality flexible office space combined with excellent car parking ratios.
"There is a broad base of businesses operating in and around Swindon and this is the first large-scale development for a time. I am confident that a development of this size will attract a great deal of interest, particularly with completion scheduled for next October."
