CONSTRUCTION brands group Morgan Sindall is to unify its construction companies under one regional construction brand, Blue-stone plc.
The new company will mean a name change for Swindon based Hinkins and Frewin, which joins forces under the Bluestone banner on January 1, 2002.
The creation of a leading construction brand is in line with the group's brand strategy which is to establish leading brands for its specialist construction divisions which currently include Overbury and Morgan Lovell for fit out, Lovell for affordable housing, Morgan Est for infrastructure services and now Bluestone for construction.
Under the Bluestone banner, Morgan Sindall will develop its network of local offices across the country and challenge industry practices by setting new standards of service delivery for the business.
"Bluestone will introduce the best practices identified within our brands and apply them throughout our construction business," said Bluestone director Keith Watson.
