Bottled drinking water specialist Culligan International (UK) Ltd has taken two units at the io centre in Hobley Drive, Swindon, to accommodate its expansion plans.
The expansion will give Culligan a total of 12,135 sq ft of space four times the amount it has in its existing Wootton Bassett unit.
Paul Whitmarsh, partner in charge of the industrial agency department at Whitmarsh Preece Lockhart, who handled the arrangements, said: "This is an excellent letting for the town, as this new facility will house a state-of-the-art bottling plant and will provide jobs for over 40 people by the end of the year and the planned growth will create more jobs year on year.
"Occupiers have recognised the quality and prominent location of these modern units and, along with the lettings to ANC and Culligan, there is a further unit under offer which will make the estate 50 per cent let.
"These industrial units form part of a larger scale development of the Hobley Drive site by the io Group, which incorporates modern trade centre units as well as design and build opportunities along with the option to purchase sites of up to four acres."
