A new business designed to help people find the right mortgage has opened in Swindon's Old Town.
Mark Darwin and father and son Roger and Dominic Rice have launched a local branch of mortgageforce, a national independent mortgage broking organisation.
They are offering expert and independent mortgage advice backed up state-of-the-art computer software with which they can analyse and compare more than 340 mortgage deals from dozens of the leading lenders like Halifax, Woolwich, Virgin, Abbey National and Bank of Scotland.
Mark and Dominic have extensive experience in the mortgage industry and have, between them, worked for C&G, Nat West Bank, Allied Dunbar and Countrywide Assured Group.
Mark Darwin, 33, lives in Cheltenham with his partner, Amanda, and they are expecting their first child in February.
Dominic Rice, 30, lives in Malmesbury with his wife, Donna and their two daughters, Jasmine and Amber.
Mark said: "We are delighted to offer this new service to the area. Mortgageforce will be able to offer borrowers the opportunity to get some truly independent advice.
"Whether they're first-time buyers, looking to switch lenders for a better deal or simply wanting to move house, we'll cover all options and our advice is free."
